 Label: Blue Note 4009.  Mono, DG both sides, 47 W 63rd NYC labels both sides
Deadwax: Side A:  BN-LP-4009-A, ear, RVG Side B: BN-LP-4009-B, ear, RVG
LP Condition:  Strong VG+ bordering on EX excellent condition.  Has a few very faint marks that don't effect play
Cover Condition: Strong VG+ bordering on EX excellent condition.  Has a few little nicks and some minor creasing to bottom right corner, overall nice shape!
