The record is VG++. A very light scuff on Side 1, otherwise shiny and beautiful. The cover is VG+. There's app. 1 inch splits top and bottom at the pocket. Light to moderate overall wear. Some denting on top front above the word "Bud". Very small thumbnail sized writing on back. A better than average cover.
I grade visually using the Goldmine grading code which is M, M-, VG++ (or EX), VG+, VG, G, F, P. The highest grade I use is M-. I spot play any potential problem areas and try to grade conservatively. You will be satisfied and no hassles.
