Description
This original, recorded on the Coral label was amongst the first availible recordings to fans in the UK. This is so rare it features him on the front cover without his trademark glasses as they thought a Rock n Roll star could not sell records with that look. Record Ref EC81169
Features signature tune 'listen to me', plus 'Peggy Sue/I'm gonna love you to and Every Day' . On the back it features an introduction to the great man to his new followers within the UK.
This still sounds great, admiittedly it has had many listens but both myself and parents are/were fans. The cover is worn on the surrounds were the additional adhesive was replaced by masking tape hence the reason the price is not higher still.It also has my Mothers name on the front cover.
