Various – Smokey And The Bandit (Music From The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (Pop Country Vinyl Record LP)
Decent British release.
The sleeper hit road movie (1977, dir. Hal Needham) starred Burt Reynolds, Sally Field, Jackie Gleason, Jerry Reed, Pat McCormick, Paul Williams, and Mike Henry.
This was the second-highest-grossing movie of 1977 after Star Wars.
Condition VINYL: VG. Clean on visual inspection. A number of light hairline scuffs and marks on each side, but nothing major – and no deep scratches. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is very good overall but crackly at start of side 1 and through first few tracks. Some static and surface noise at run-ins and during some quieter cues. Most cues sound very good and CB dialogue is especially clear. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: G+. Colours are clear and unfaded on card sleeve. Front and back have creases in from sides (mainly spine), faint disc outline plus mild scuffing. Spine has creases/splits. Corners scuffed and slightly buckled. Bottom edge badly worn near corners; top edge in much better shape but split/damage in centre. Aperture lightly nicked. Back has stain in top left corner and small rip to aperture. Back cover has dark scuffs round disc outline and more creases on right side. Intact. INNER SLEEVE: VG+. Original white paper sleeve. Very minor crinkling and creases but no splits or rips. Some mild edge fading/yellowing and faint disc outline.
