From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . .
I bought both the album and single on release and they've been with me ever since stored on shelving, although I've since got the album on CD.
The album cover looks like new. The vinyl looks shiny and although it squeezes in 15 tracks it's a really good pressing with no major surface noise between tracks. If you look very very closely indeed at Side B from a certain angle you can find a couple of very faint surface rubbing marks but obviously they aren't audible, Side A looks pristine. I've played the album on a good deck about a dozen times over the years which is why it still sounds so good.
The 12" single cover looks new apart from a touch of ringwear on the front (see pic, near top). The vinyl looks shiny and new and I don't think Side A was ever played as the single is on the album. I might have played Side B once as they are non-album tracks, so out of interest I've just played Side B to hear them again and it plays very well.
They will be packaged well and sent out quickly.
