Description
Buzzcocks. Spiral scratch is the original 1977 New Hormones release with the following specifics:
• No “With HOWARD DEVOTO” under the band name on the front cover
• The label address is printed at the bottom of the back cover
• The record itself has a moulded plastic label
• Most of the information is stamped into the runout area (as opposed to inscribed) with the delga sleeve.
The label reissued the record in 1979 with different characteristics than above and a slightly simpler label design.
All recorded 'live' at Indigo Sound Studio in Manchester, England. Dec 28 1976 on 16 track.
Vinyl VG with surface marks(wispish) plays great, Sleeve has wear at entry couple of folds, and bottom split as photos, but well worth it for collectors
