VERY IMPORTANT-> PLEASE READ !!!
 

I recently received a message from an ebay member that this might not be an original pressing due to the following reasons:

1. the original pressing is thick and has a deepgroove on the label

2. the original copy has a small red SIAE stamp on the A-side label

3. the original issue has a matrix number etched in the runout groove (in the dead wax)


about the copy I am selling:

1. the vinyl is quite thick and its exact weight is 163 gram vinyl and the labels have a small circle around the middle hole

2. there is no S.I.A.E. stamp on either labels ***

3. "VRL 609 A * 33 RPM" is etched  in the runout groove on the A-side, the other side has "VRL 609 B * 33 RPM" (pls. see my pictures)

I bought this record about 15 years ago from a well known, experienced and reliable record seller
the pressing is very loud and in full dimensional sound fidelity, except for the scratch that I have indicated in the description

*** - the presence of an SIAE stamp doesn't necessarily mean that a record is "official": many bootleg reissues printed in Italy have an SIAE stamp or sticker (this is especially true with the many pirate live LP's and CD's only issued in Italy)
- the absence of the stamp doesn't necessarily mean that a record is a bootleg, probably not all of the printed copies of any records used to be stamped
