COVER: VG+.  Pretty solid and clean, dj mono sticker and PROMO DJ song sticker on front, slight edge discoloroing, 2 inch top seam split.

VINYL: VG+.  Shiny and clean, couple of light scuffs.

LABEL CONDITION: WHITE PROMO labels are clean with a few spindle marks

COMMENTS: US original WHITE LABEL PROMO album in MONOI!!!   The 3rd and final GREAT album from the original line-up of the hard-blues rockers, Cactus!!!  Led by the blazing guitar of Jim McCarthy, Rusty Day on vocal, and the Tim Bogart and Carmine duo, this album still had some great heavy songs!!!  Songs such as, Evil, Bag Drag, Alaska, the title track Restrictions, and others. I recently caught a fine re-union gig at BB Kings in NYC which was quite good, still with McCarthy and Carmine...and they were really smokin hot!!!   But after Rusty passed away, the band never was the same!!!   RIP!!!    RARE in MONO and sounds nice... LOUD!!!

I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and pack ALL records carefully!!   FIRST, the records are cleaned, then placed in the inner sleeve outside of the record cover and inserted into a clear plastic outer record sleeve. SECOND, albums are bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box!!
