SHIVKUMAR SHARMA (SANTOOR), HARIPRASAD CHAURASIA (FLUTE) & BRIJBUSHAN KABRA (GUITAR) - CALL OF THE VALLEY.

THIS IS AN ORIGINAL AND RARE INDIAN PRESSING OF THIS FINE INDIAN INSTRUMENTAL TRIO'S CLASSICAL SYMPHONY RELEASED IN 1968 ON THE HMV LABEL. VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND OUTSIDE OF INDIA WHERE IT COMMANDS A HIGH PRICE. CATALOGUE NUMBER IS ECSD 2382 MATRIX NUMBERS 2YJW 6-1 & 2YJW 7-1 WHICH IS A FIRST PRESSING.

YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO FIND ONE SO LOCAL THAT IS IN AS GOOD A CONDITION AS THIS ONE, THE VINYL IS SHINY AND GRADED AS 'EXCELLENT' WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF VERY LIGHT HAIRLINES WITH LITTLE OR NO EFFECT ON PLAYBACK. THE LABEL IS CLEAN, UNMARKED AND IN GOOD COLOUR. THE SLEEVE IS EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH LITTLE SIGNS OF SHELF WEAR - IT ONLY HAS RING WEAR AS SEEN IN THE PHOTOS.
