DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE:small creases around the edges and a small round sticker mark top left, otherwise very nice...spine lettering lovely and clear: VG+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: few very fine hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed and plays beautifully: EX
VINYL - SIDE TWO: a couple of fine hairlines and one slightly deeper mark on track one..plays great..just a little crackle here and there: VG+
LABELS: Superb....as new: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
