BRISTOLS No.1 RARE RECORD SHOP         *Item for sale*     CANNONBALL ADDERLEY ~ Somethin' Else ~ BLUE NOTE RVG P EAR DEEP GROOVE NY LP
BN-LP-1595-A-2 RVG P (EAR) / BN-LP-1595-B P (EAR) RVG 9M

This is the 1963 New York USA label issue of the wonderful Cannonball Adderley Somthin' Else LP, deep
groove label, with stamped RVG and P or Ear logo, 43 West 61st cover, with two import stamps on the
rear cover.
The front cover is very clean, a couple of very light creases near the spine, a couple of the corners have
been knocked at some point, the spines are all clean and unsplit. Minor general soiling to the unlaminated
rear cover. You should get a good idea from the photos. Original Blue note inner is tatty, I'll include it but
place the record in a new sleeve.

Both labels are clean, the odd spindle trail. The vinyl has minor wear. Side one is pretty spotless, side two
has two very fine hairlines, one is obviously where the needle has got dirty enough to slide across the
surface, not very noticable, certainly not heavy or in any way audible. Playing it I noticed a few ticks
along the way, mostly at the start of each side, clearing as it goes and not distracting. Not indicative of
scratches, just very occasional and light, still a very nice playing copy.
