Description
Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band - Trout Mask Replica. Warner Bros. 2MS 2027. (Jacket says ©1976, 1977 — late ‘70s pressing?) Gatefold jacket VG+ (bumped corners, slight edgewear, maybe some slight discoloration), records VG+. No inserts (I think this pressing didn’t come with them) or company inners (replaced by plastic-lined paper bags, as pictured).
Grading:
NM: Record and jacket have few if any visible flaws; virtually new.
VG+: Record may have a few light markings and play with occasional surface noise, but nothing significantly distracting. The jacket may have light edgewear, ringwear, a cutout mark, or other minor blemishes.
VG: Similar to VG+, but defects will be more noticeable (e.g., noise will be more overt).
G: A record that has been well used, listenable but with fairly constant surface noise. Jacket is structurally intact but rather worn.
Records may have modest dust or other debris and benefit from cleaning, as is typical for used vinyl. Where I am the original owner, I have given a rough indication of how many times the record has been played.
Shipping will be $4.00 for USPS media mail for the first item, $0.50 each additional — so do look at my other listings. (If the combined discount does not take effect when you check out, please request an invoice and I will correct it.) I do recycle packaging for shipment. If you win/purchase a large number of items, I may ship them in more than one package (in which case I will inform you of this upon shipment; this will not cost you anything additional). If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait until all of them have ended before sending payment.
