1968 uk Liberty stereo LBS - 83172 (A//1 & B//1). EX. Here is a rare original uk first press stereo disc with original thick card u.s. gatefold cover, this is how i found this album, i'm unsure if other uk issues came in a u.s. cover or if this one was just mixed and matched, either way this is a very nice copy. The stereo disc is in excellent clean condition with a nice original sheen, there are only a few of the lightest wispy top surface marks and some ultra-fine hairlines, there are no bad marks or scratches to cause annoying repeated clicks or pops or loud crackle, both sides play and sound great with just some small amounts of occasional background crackle and just the odd random light static tic, the sound quality is excellent throughout all tracks. The labels are nice and clean with minimal signs of play. The very thick card gatefold cover is excellent with nothing more than some very light signs of storage/edge wear, the wide spine is straight and strong with all text bold and clear and easy to read, the white poly-lined inner sleeve is in very good condition with no splits. I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind.
