Description
NB. I am listing an Original Set of "Steal Softly Thru Snow" - Captain Beefheart & The Magic Band" Fanzines - Issues 1-7 ( 3 Only shown in photos! ) These Fanzines have become extremely collectible and include an absolute minefield of information/photos for serious collectors & fans of both Captain Beefheart & The Magic Band & of course his cohort Frank Zappa.
Many issues have over '50 Pages' full of info/features + photos. Over the years these have become the 'Bible' for collectors & fans of Beefheart & His Magic Band. "Steal Softly" was celebrated by the late 'John Peel' at least 2 or 3 times each issue on his Radio Shows with it's Creator & Editor Gerry 'Glass Finger' Pratt was invited many times on "Mixing It" & "Record Collector" radio shows, often seen with his 'gun slinging buddy 'Rollin' Red' at his side or dutifully deputising at any Beefheart or Zappa related gig/celebration event over it's tenure..

STEAL SOFTLY THRU SNOW #1 -#7
The very first couple of items I listed on EBay some '5 Years Ago' were some old copies of the Fanzine I found lying around that I had bought from Gerry Pratt the Original Editor. I listed them at 99p in a 10 Day Auction 2 copies fetched over £30 EACH! ( I just couldn't believe it and I'm sure Gerry who sadly passed away raised a sly smile up in his Glider!)
This set was was bought by me 2 YEARS Ago on EBay for much more than I'm asking, as my copies were all falling apart and a year or two later, I found a complete set plus one or two extra Issues I'd tucked away in a suitcase, so I just want to get 'some' of the money back. They work out at approx £7.50p each and I can guarantee no buyer will be disappointed as there is an an absolute minefield of information in each issue.
Most Issues are in EX condition, tho' one or two are very slightly grubby..
