Description
This is perhaps the first Captain Kangaroo album we have seen in our shop that did not either have a completely trashed cover or a terrible sounding record. Kids beat these ones up pretty badly back in the Captain Kangaroo days. This one goes like this-- The cover has some wear but mainly dirt wear. There are no splits to the cover. That is hard to find for starters. With the White sleeve. The Album itself does have some scuff marks. But nowhere as bad as you see on most of these Kangaroo Albums. Golden Records from 1958. We played this one through and did not encounter any skips. Just a hazy sound. But the best that we ever saw in this shop. I do not see another copy of this online. So other Record Dealers are having the same trouble finding a copy of this one. This is another that is hard to price as it does not skip at all. As i stated above just a hazy sound to the Album at times. But can clearly be heard. I May be to high on the price, but i may also be to low on the price considering it is from 1958. With no skips to boot. All Three of us listened to this over the speakers in the shop after we picked it up.
