This is the UK 1st Press of ‘Waterloo Lily’ by Caravan. This is a genuine 1st press and it is complete with the earliest ZAL 11258 P-3W / 11259 P-3W matrix, the original brown and white Deram label, the original inner sleeve and matt Robert Stace gatefold sleeve.
The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a sensational high gloss, with no whitening of the grooves at all. There are just a couple of faint marks on both sides. On playing the sound is warm and extremely clear, there is just the slightest occasional background noise, however there is no noise that spoils the enjoyment of this LP at any point, it still sounds superb. The brown and white Deram label is extremely bright with sharp text, bold colour and only slight spindle wear.
The matt gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. The yellow is vivid, the image is sharp and the gatefold has a superb original light sheen. There is the slightest corner wear. The image is sharp, the inside is superb, the text is clear and the whole cover is solid.
