Here for sale from my collection is Carl Perkins, "The Sun Years" from 1982. It contains 3 Sun records and a great booklet which was autographed by Carl Perkins in 1983 and I was there and saw this. Some of my personal collection was owned by a good friend of mine named Henry David. Henry would drag me all over the US to see these older acts and we went to Columbia, SC to see Carl Perkins. It was well worth it to see one fourth of the Million dollar quartet! Henry also would do just about anything to get to the artist to get an autograph which he did here. Carl was very nice to us and signed the booklet. I took the best pic of it I could. It says "Thank you, Carl Perkins" and he dated it 1983. I ended up with Henry's collection as he unfortunately died in a car accident in 1992. He was a good friend. The box has a couple labels on it but with tender fingers I think they will come off. The 3 LPs are MINT and never played. The labels are clean as a whistle. The booklet is super cool and has a list of the songs on the records and many great pics! Also that's where the autograph is. It's very neat and easy to read. He was sitting at the bar when he signed this so he had a hard surface to sign on. I GUARANTEE this signature to be real. I was there. Thanks!
