Carol Of Harvest: same 1978, Germany/Brutkasten 85 0004. Disc has some hairlines from dust in the inner sleeve, plays M-, it gets an EX grade. Cover is in nice EX to M- shape. Killer atmospheric electric folk-into-rock LP is a longtime favourite with collectors all over the world. One of the best German underground LPs, no doubt. At their best, Carol Of Harvest sound like Yatha Sidhra with a female vocalist, or maybe an electric folk group like Spriguns if they were trying to emulate Popol Vuh. Vocals are all in English. This is an incredibly rare album, I've never had my hands on a real one before! As I'm currently in possession of both an original and the scary "exact" repressing, here's the necessary details needed to sort out which you have:

COVER: the cover of the repressing is fairly glossy posterboard, but the original cover is laminated! The Brutkasten logo on the front cover is a bit blurry on the repressing, absolutely sharp on the original.

DISC: the number stamped in the trail-off of side two of the repressing is K 85 0004-B2 while the number stamped into the trail-off on side two of the original is ST 850004-B

The copy on offer here is an original, but I've included photos of both the original (on top) and the repressing (underneath) in some of the detail photos below so you can see the difference in the cover gloss.
