For sale is CAROL SLOANE "Live At 30th Street," on Columbia CL 1923, Mono, White-label Promo, 1962.
SOUND: VG+ It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The vast majority of the playback is beautifully clean and sharp. Extremely nice listening experience. That said, there are a few brief instances of routine, very minor surface noise. Completely routine, totally unobtrusive.
VINYL: VG+ There are a couple faint scuffs or hairline marks on either side. Routine and completely superficial. Overall VG+. White labels are bright and clean, with faint spindle-marks.
JACKET: VG+ Solid, nice condition edges and spine, corners have a touch of wear. There's a promo-banner on the lower front cover. Otherwise, the front and back are clean and bright, in nice condition.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
