Up for auction (from the collection of A&M founder Jerry Moss) is the acetate/test pressing of CAROLE KING "Tapestry" LP on the ODE Label. THE HEAVY ACETATE, WITH TYPED LABELS, IS IN VG+ CONDITION WITH LIGHT MARKS AND CLEAN LABELS, PLAYS GREAT. THE ACETATE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PLAYED ONLY A FEW TIMES. THE ACETATE HAS A DIFFERENT TRACK ORDER FROM THE ALBUM. THE ACETATE SOUNDS POSSIBLY LIKE A DEMO VERSION OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THE VOCAL SOUNDS SOMEWHAT UNDER PRODUCED. Thank you for your question. you are correct, only the acetate label has a different order from the record.  The acetate plays in the same order as the LP.
