From 1977, this item is Carpenters' nineteenth BILLBOARD hit, which reached the #32 position in November of that year -- "Calling Occupants Of Interplanetary Craft / Can't Smile Without You", A&M 1978 45 RPM in a Picture Sleeve. The record itself is in a beautiful NEAR MINT~UNPLAYED (Vinyl looks BRAND NEW!) condition with its original shiny/glossy, mirror-like playing surface. The labels are in MINT condition. The very Hard-To-Find Picture Sleeve is also in a strong VERY GOOD++ condition with light traces of wear. The Picture Sleeve is nice and flat with absolutely no tears, creases, writing, stickers, stamps, staple holes or seam splits.. See my "About Me" page for my grading scale. ALL my 45 RPM's and Picture Sleeves are housed in their own individual 7" protective plastic sleeves. In the case of a 45 RPM having a Picture Sleeve the 45 RPM is housed in a 7" white paper sleeve. My 45 RPM's have been kept separate from their Picture Sleeves since I purchased them. Also, in most cases where there is not a Picture Sleeve, my 45 RPM's are housed in their original company paper sleeve. I hope that the picture will show how nice this very collectible CARPENTERS 45 RPM and HTF PS really is! If you have any questions, please email me. At this price and in this condition, it really is a HARD-TO-FIND item!
