Rare WHITE LABEL PROMO VINYL LP (with BLACK & WHITE A&M LOGO; please check out our other WL PROMO LP currently up for sale on eBay, that one with a COLOR A&M LOGO) album release by THE CARPENTERS entitled, Close To You (A&M Records SP-4271). 12 trax, including We've Only Just Begun, Love Is Surrender, Maybe It's You, Reason to Believe, Help, (They Long To Be) Close to You, Baby It's You, I'll Never Fall In Love Again, Crescent Noon, Mr. Guder, I Kept On Loving You, and Another Song. Cover in VG condition. Rectangular-shaped promo sticker affixed to top-right corner, front cover. 5" seam split at bottom seam. Side Two vinyl in NEAR MINT condition. Side One vinyl in gorgeous VG++ condition (some would call this NEAR MINT).

(SS) STILL SEALED. Original factory seal.

(M) MINT: Perfect, flawless, new

(NM) NEAR MINT: Almost perfect, possibly no more than a few MINOR scuffs, wrinkles or wear.

(VG++) Very Good++. Less quality than Near Mint, but still in beautiful condition.

(VG+) Very Good+. May have minor scratches or scuffs, some crease marks, slight wear, etc.

(VG) Very Good. Too many scratches, scuffs, or wear for VG+, but still in okay condition.

(VG-) Very Good-. Lots of wear (scratches, etc.). Starter copy.

(G) Good. Wrecked. Excessive wear.

(P) Poor. Just what it says.
