ROCK N RECORDS
JOHNNY CASH - One rare original 1st pressing LP vinyl record of Johnny Cash on Sun Records. This is his 1st LP release. Johnny Cash with his Hot and Blue Guitar! Sun LP 1220. 1956. Condition: Cover VG (Very Good)/Record VG- (Less than Very Good. There are cover seam splits and two small pieces of scotch tape are on two of the edge covers, with the 2 pieces of tape being 1 inch. There are no price stickers, tears, and no writing anywhere. There is no saw cuts or drilled holes in cover. Both record labels look pristine and the vinyl has a new & glossy surface. There is very light surface wear on each side of the vinyl. If not for the seam splitting the cover would be at least VG+ (Better than Very Good). The record labels alone are M- (Mint Minus).
SIDE 1: The Rock Island Line, I Heard That Lonesome Whistle, Country Boy, If The Good Lord's Willing, Cry Cry Cry, Remember Me.
SIDE 2: So Doggone Lonesome, I Was There When It Happened, I Walk The Line, The Wreck of the Old '97, Folsom Prison Blues, Doin' My Time.
This LP is loaded with chart hits which became standards of Johnny Cash through his career. This is a nice addition to any collection. Both record cover sides and record labels sides are scanned for you to see.
1st LP release by Johnny Cash on Sun Records. The record is heavy vinyl and will be shipped outside the LP cover to avoid damage.
