Description

Up for sale is a very nice copy of the soundtrack to "Casino Royale". This is a US pressing issued in 1967 on the Colgems Records label, CAT# COSO-5005. The vinyl is in VG++ condition...no visible flaws. The cover is in VG+ to VG++ condition...has a small crease in lower left corner and other minor issues. "The original album cover art was done by Robert McGinnis, based on the movie poster and the original stereo vinyl release of the soundtrack is still highly sought after by audiophiles. It is regarded by many music critics as the finest-sounding album of all time." - Wikipedia

Tracks:

  1. "Casino Royale Theme" - Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass
  2. "The Look Of Love" - Dusty Springfield
  3. "Money Penny Goes For Broke"
  4. "Le Chiffre's Torture Of The Mind"
  5. "Home James, Don't Spare The Horses"

Thank you for looking at my record auction! I realize that currently I have minimal feedback, but prior to now, I have always used power sellers coyotecommerce and coyotesurplus as my online agent to sell my items. Any record I put up for auction will be graded using the guidelines set forth by Goldmine, and I will explain why I gave it that grade:

Mint: "ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY" - certainly never played. Since I have seen sealed records with mold and creases, chances are I will never use this grade.

Near Mint (NM or M-): "A NEARLY PERFECT RECORD" that shows NO OBVIOUS SIGNS of wear. The jacket or picture sleeve should have no more than the most minor of defects. I will rarely use this grade.

Very Good Plus (VG+): shows some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took care of it. Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. The label may have some ring wear. Jackets and picture sleeves will have slight ring wear, turned up corners, or a slight seam split. I will use this grade, and may enhance it with another + if it is warranted.

Very Good (VG): surface noise, scratch(es) that can be felt with a fingernail, groove wear in the vinyl and writing, tape or stickers on the label. (If the record and label are near perfect and there is a sticker on the label from a 45 carrying case, I will give it a VG+ grade and note the sticker). The picture sleeve or jacket might also have writing or a sticker on it, and possibly bent corners. I will also apply a VG- to records that are better than good, but not VG. I will always explain my grade.

Good (G, G+): basically playable without skipping. I will NEVER put a record of this grade on ebay unless it is mega rare or valuable like Elvis on Sun or something like that.
