Description
What It Is: This is the audiophile / very high fidelity remastering / pressing by Classic Records of the long-time audiophile favorite, Casino Royale, originally pressed by Colgems in 1967. Classic Records pressed this set in 1999, using 45 RPM, heavy vinyl, and one-sided records to create probably the best recreation of this famous LP. The Absolute Sound magazine placed this LP at the top of their ranking of popular albums because of the great sound, particularly Dusty Springfield's version of The Look Of Love.
I'm the original purchaser. Stored carefully in a dry, dark, climate controlled area. I did play it once on a high-end system and it sounded great with flat, clean, M- disks.Details:
