On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Cat Stevens called 'Mona Bone Jakon' and is a VERY rare 1970 stereo 1st Pressing on the Pink 'i' Island label!!!! THIS IS MEGA HARD TO FIND AS A 1ST PRESSING!!!! THIS IS ALSO TOTALLY COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS 'MACNEILL PRESS' COVER, 'LYRIC' INNER SLEEVE (IN FANTASTIC CONDITION), AND 1ST PRESS RECORD!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE 1970 1ST PRESSING!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Island UK 1st pressing from 1970 and is in GREAT condition and MASSIVELY RARE!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 9118 on the ORIGINAL Island label (see picture) and is a UK stereo 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Cat Stevens at their best!!!! Any fan of Cat Stevens, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2/3 light scufflines, and only some general VERY light paper scuffing only visible under bright light!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, and NO jumps!!!! There is some faint background noise in places, and a more obvious surface noise for the first few revolutions of Side 1 - but for the most part the record does play wery well!!!! The record must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! IT IS MEGA HARD TO FIND THIS LP ON THIS RARE 1ST PRESS ISLAND LABEL!!!! DO NOT MISS OUT!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 'lyric' inner sleeve which is in FANTASTIC condition (VERY rare like this)!!!! The Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, barely ANY creases AT ALL (Cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! The unlaminated back of the cover is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! The cover must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE LP!!!!
