Hello,

This record is labeled "Merry Christmas from CBS records". It was probably a very limited run of about 100 or less and is possibly the only existing copy that survives. It is mysteriously numbered #AEIOU-123. Label says "This is a "Live" promotional broadcast- NOT FOR SALE" and features all live performances from various groups spanning 1979-1981. This record was pressed in 1982 and made in the USA. Running time is 42:13. Record label states that the album was produced by Ian Curtis (Joy Division), Pete Shelly (Buzzcocks), and Johnny Foxx (Ultravox!). Being a CBS promo, the live recordings on this record are geared to be the best and most exciting live performances from the bands that are featured. Cover is simple white with fonted sticker, the quality of the record and the performances are excellent. A great item for anyone who treasures the brit pop/punk sound of the time.
Record also features a rare US live performance of XTC in New Jersey.
