HITACHI "Lo-D" CD-4 QUAD DEMONSTRATION LP PRODUCED BY KING RECORD COMPANY

This recording was never released outside of Japan. It contains demo cuts and selections that were only available on King Records.

In addition to the musical selections it also contains CD-4 30kHz carrier level & separation tones, unusual to find on a 33rpm 12 inch disc and excellent for calibrating your demodulator.

Very rare disc, marked "not for sale" even in Japan.  Probably was used at Hitachi dealers to demonstrate their CD-4 setups.  King Records had the rights to Project/3 records in Japan, and astute Quaddies will note how King modified the Project/3 label for themselves.  This LP contains many selections with a variety of CD-4 demo cuts from the King repertoire and from Project/3.  The disc is in VG+ condition visually graded.  The jacket is nice and clean.  Don't miss this chance to obtain this rarity for your Quad collection.
