Cecil Taylor Japan-only BYG 2xLP Orig! V.Rare!

One of the major Cecil Taylor rarities – the 2xLP he cut for BYG/Actuel that was only available in Japan. This set features Taylor with the classic line-up of saxophonist Jimmy Lyons, bassist Alan Silva and drummer Andrew Cyrille. Recorded in France in 1966. Gatefold sleeve with Japanese insert and English language notes, this is Taylor’s group at the peak of their powers. Vinyl is Ex+ - stunning copy/Gatefold sleeve: Ex (with orig insert!). Highly recommended.
