We found hundreds of albums in the basement of the house we bought. We are not collectors and know nothing about them. I have nothing to play it on but visually the vinyl looks in excellent condition. I asked somebody to listen to it for me and he said he would rate it as VG +.

You can tell it has been gently handled but because it had been setting around untouched for decades you will want to clean it in your preferred method. I would offer to clean it for you but collectors are always telling me not to, that they each have their own method of doing so. The jacket is in good condition too, solid but showing a little fading and fraying from shelf wear and a little dirty from age.
