Very rare original Dutch 1977 7" single by Celia and the Mutations who where UK punk legends the Stranglers (with Jean-Jacques Burnel) in disguise: "Mony mony". Comes in unique and original picture sleeve. See scan. WOW !!!

B-side: "Mean to me". Killer stuff !!! A-side is a cover of the Tommy James & the Shondells classic.

Celia Collin 's career was famous for the fact that her backing band on her first single - The Mutations - were The Stranglers. The connection didn't stop there because she was discovered by their manager Dai Davies in a Chelsea restaurant: "She was mixing Marlene Dietrich songs with Kinks and Velvet Underground songs. She was so polite and English that I thought it would be really great to see her singing in front of a nasty dirty rock band like The Stranglers". The contrast would be incredible.
