Description
- 12 inch, stereo, vinyl LP. 33 1/3 rpm.
- Issued in 1984 in Germany on the Noise label
- Debut album from the Swiss heavy metal band Celtic Frost
- This is the original German issue of the LP which is the 6-track 'mini album', featuring Tom Warrior on guitar and vocals, Martin Ain on bass and backing vocals and Steve Priestly on drums
- Track listing:- Side 1: Into The Crypt Of Rays; Visions Of Mortality;
Side 2: Procreation (Of The Wicked): Return Of The Eve; Danse Macabre; Nocturnal Fear;
- Produced and engineered by 'Mad' Horst Muller (co-produced by Warrior/Ain)
- Recorded at Caet Studio, Berlin (Oct 8-15, 1984).
- Cover design by T. Fischer
- Paper inner sleeve featuring album covers from other releases on the Noise label.
- Comes with clear plastic protective sleeve
- Catalogue number N 0017
- Matrix marks:- Side 1: N 0017 A 'Mastered by SNB'
- Side 2: N 0017 B 'Mastered by SNB'
- Please Note:- This LP was originally issued with a poster insert, which we do not have.
Condition
- The record is in excellent condition. No discernible marks or scratches and no signs of warping. (We have not been able to play the LP so we cannot attest to playback quality),
- The inner sleeve is unmarked and fully intact with no rips or tears, with just a few slight creases
- The outer sleeve is in excellent condition no rips or tears, with just a few very faint marks and creases(see photos)
