Description

Here is the 'Holy Grail' to many Northern soul collectors. The incredibly rare 'Anything you do is alright' / 'You can't mean it' by Chapter Five (CBS 202395)

     A Northren soul band from Barrow-in-Furness near to where I live. Most copies were bought by their local following back in 1966 and this single very rarely surfaces. I have only come across one other copy in 35 years of collecting and that was trashed!!!! I suspect that the majority of them have gone to vinyl heaven!!!!

     THIS IS IMPOSSIBLY RARE AND COPIES NEVER APPEAR! THIS MAY BE THE ONE AND ONLY CHANCE TO ACQUIRE ONE OF THE RAREST NORTHERN SOUL SINGLES IN EXISTENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!

     Both sides have surface marks. These are superficial and do not affect the sound quality to any great degree. The record does not look like an ice skating rink as so many of these old singles do. The surface still has it's original shine!!!

     The A side has a scratch from the centre to the edge. This is slightly audible but again definitely does not detract from the sound quality. THE SINGLE HAS NOT BEEN PLAYED TO DEATH!!! Surface marks are due to storage with no cover. I know you will not be disappointed by this single!!

     Both labels are clean and free from writing. The B side has a slight tear in the centre that has been repaired.

     THIS IS A LANDMARK 7'' FOR SERIOUS NORTHERN SOUL COLLECTORS AND IS INCREDIBLY RARE!!!! THIS MAY BE THE LAST CHANCE TO ACQUIRE A COPY. DON'T MISS IT!!!
