Description

This is an original copy of the very rare CHAPTER FIVE single CBS (202395) 'You can't mean it' / 'Anything you do is alright'

The band originated in Barrow-in-Furness and members of the band still live there now. This copy belonged to a local drum tutor who was a friend of the band members. He had it in a box with other singles for many years.

Condition

Both sides are in shiny condition and this single has not been played on a damaged needle. The mono sound is generally very clear but not perfect as both sides have surface marks. 'Anything you do' has a scratch that goes across the whole side  but this is only lightly audible at the start. 'You can't mean it' (the fantastic sought after track) is in better shape with only surface marks. I would have to grade the single VG / VG .
