Only 500 of these were produced and they are no longer available from FYE. This particular item has been removed from its original packaging and autographed by all five members of Avatar after their show in Lexington KY on May 21, 2023.
This auction is for charity with all of the proceeds to benefit the WHAS Crusade for Children. The Crusade is the oldest charity telethon in the US, helping special needs kids from Kemtucky and southern Indiana area have better access to treatment and equipment for a variety of conditions. Since it's inception in 1954, the WHAS Crusade for Children has raised over 217 million dollars.
