Description
You are bidding on an early MONO 6-eye recording of Charles Mingus' "Mingus Ah Um".
Columbia 1370
Deep Groove
This is an early DEMONSTRATION COPY with the distinctive white label.
Played on a Rega turntable, the vinyl is estimated a very clean VG++. There are insignificant, superficial sleeve type of marks on the vinyl that in my opinion, are inaudible. The record was clearly well cared for and the sound is clean and dynamic. Definitely a record you can enjoy.
The cover is estimated a very nice VG++. The cover would be graded near mint but for two bumped corners, and of course, the prominent "DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE" stamp on the reverse. ...a clean cover.
The record includes its original paper sleeve in NM condition.
The record will be shipped in a new container with the vinyl removed from the cover and everything within a poly sleeve.
I describe, pack, and ship as I would want others to do for me. I will not be responsible for damage, loss, theft, incorrect address, or buyer's remorse upon receipt of deposit at the local postal facility.
