Description

The Charles Mingus Jazz Workshop "Pithecanthropus Erectus" on Atlantic 1237, an original pressing from 1956. This is the first pressing with the black labels and deep grooves on both sides. The cool glossy cover is a well preserved VG+, no seam splits, no tape, very clean, a name written on bottom back cover. The thick vinyl is in VG++ condition, looks as if it were carefully played a couple of times. A classic original jazz album in exceptional condition!!
