Description
For auction is the CHARLIE ROUSE QUINTET with BLUE MITCHELL "Takin' Care of Business" on Jazzland JLP 19, MONO, 1960. This is on the small orange label with black lettering, and Deep Grooves both sides. It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides complete. Sounded great! No flaws to report.
Visually, the vinyl is VG+ or better, with no flaws to report. It looks exceptionally nice.
The sleeve is VG+ with no flaws of note. There is a promo stamp on reverse. It's clean, with solid seams and corners all around. The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics. A really nice record. No reserve, bidding starts at $25
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
