Description
Charlie Shaffer at the Warwick. Volume II. Stereo Special Edition Records.
Stereo 33 LP. No date. Liner notes by Charlie Shaffer. NEW. Sealed. Charlie Shaffer: Piano, Vocals, Organ, Trumpets, Autoharp, Fender Rhodes Electric Piano. Pop Jazz, Houston Lounge singer. Warwick Hotel. Houston's Preferred Hotel, Houston, Texas Drums: Don Halberg. Bass: Chalo Cervantes.
"This album generally echoes the approach to Volume I, and you will find easy listening, a few vocals, a little Latin, country, something original, a variety of instrumental sounds and something borrowed from the classics.
My own composition, "Main Street in the Park," is a personal expression of appreciation to The Warwifk Hotel. The song is a light, jazz-inflected swing tune that is intended to reflect the optimistic, positive attitude the hotel imparts."--Charlie Shaffer, from the liner notes..

Regarding Auctions & the Item...
I am a private collector of books, music & other collectible items and am very picky about what I own. I don't like surprises when I buy things from auctions any more than you do. I promise everything there is to know about this item is in this description. I also do not use any "standard grading" terms as "grading" is so subjective. Therefore, I will use plain English if it is ok with you...
Brand new 33 LP, still sealed in original plastic factory shrink wrap.
- I want you to be happy with your item. I promise to be as thorough in my descriptions as possible... By all means, contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the item.
