CHET BAKER LEGENDARY RIVERSIDE ALBUMS 2019 5-LP NM 180G Vinyl Book Photo CR00026
Offering you an extraordinary, NM package of "Chet Baker The Legendary Riverside Albums". This November 22, 2019 release is by Craft Recordings of Baker's original Riverside label recordings. Included are 5, 180-gram LP vinyl albums, a 16 page liner note booklet by Doug Ramsey and an alternate, real photo of "Chet" cover by Melvin Sokolsky. A superb collection of an American jazz icon to add to your playlist and enjoy.
Vinyls: 9 sides: NM / 1 side: EXC+; Sleeves: NM; Slip Cover/Case: EXC+. Please see description and photos for details. We use Goldmine system to guide our grading.
• Vinyls are NM condition. Extremely clean, glossy and flat. No visual anomalies were observed on 9 of the 10 sides. Only on "In New York" on S-2, T-3 did we observe two, ~1" scratches, of which only ~ 1/3 of one of the scratches could barely be felt with a soft clean fingertip (not fingernail!). See last photo for detail. Audio clip available upon request for you if you have any concerns.
• Album Sleeves are NM condition. The gatefold cover for the Outtakes and Alternates has an indentation line on the front lower middle as a result of the manufacturing for the interior slot on inside that holds the booklet and photo. See photo for details.
• Slip Cover/Case is EXC+ condition. The original factory seal is still in place, with red/white hype sticker on front upper right, and a tiny dark line on clear seal on front in center. This cream colored canvas fabric is embossed copper title and artwork. The back has about six, light line/spot impressions that transferred to black paper under clear seal. This paper is loose and removable and covers the copper embossed title "Chet Baker The Legendary Riverside Albums". Corners, edges and surfaces are intact, all extremely clean inside and out except for one small area on bottom opening where seal has been pulled away there is very light dirt discoloration mostly on bottom and back, yet the photos have overly exaggerated how dark these small areas really are. See photos for more details.
See photos for all details. Images show reflections of clear plastic covering and are not necessarily flaws in the item itself. Images may have a color cast slightly different than actual item, but are close.
Take away this beautiful, NM, package of "Chet Baker - The Legendary Riverside Albums" for yourself or someone special. This item is a must have for any jazz, cool jazz, and Chet Baker collection. Thanks for looking. Happy Bidding!
