CHET BAKER QUARTET – PACIFIC JAZZ PJLP 3 – 10 INCH LP – VG+/EX – MONO
There are three recording dates on this LP. They are: December 15, 1952, April 17, 1953 and July 30, 1953. Featured is Chet Baker on trumpet, accompanied by Russ Freeman on piano, Red Mitchell, Carson Smith and Bob Whitlock on bass and Bobby White and Larry Bunker on drums. SIDE 1: ISN’T IT ROMANTIC; MAID IN MEXICO; IMAGINATION and THIS TIME THE DREAM’S ON ME. SIDE 2: THE LAMP IS LOW; RUSS JOB; EASY TO LOVE and BATTER UP. This is a MONO recording.
I have rated the LP as VG+ and the record Jacket as EX for the following reasons. The LP has a few very light marks on the vinyl, which do not interfere with play. There is some slight wear around the spindle hole. There is particularly no surface noise, except at the very beginning of play of the LP. The record jacket is in excellent condition, with no taped seams and no real visible sign of wear. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
