Description

For auction is the New Dynamic CHICO HAMILTON QUINTET's  "Drumfusion" on Columbia CL 1807, MONO, 1962. Red 6-Eye Promo Edition.


SOUND: NM

It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Awesome playback, clean, clear, powerful! I cannot tell a lie: I heard one, single, soft "tic" on side 1...


VINYL: NM-

Visually, the vinyl is gorgeous! Very clean and glossy, with no marks or scuffs I can see, only some light smudging here and there. The labels are red-6-eye demo edition, and in beautiful condition.


COVER: VG+ or better

The cover is great! The edges and spine are solid, with minimal wear. The corners are very nice, with minimal wear. Front and back are excellent. Very clean and unmarked (except for "demo" stamp on back) with minimal aging or wear.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability. 


Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.  


If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
