CHRIS FARLOWE & THE THUNDERBIRDS 1966 1st UK Press RARE Nr MINT!

This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

Details:- From my own personal collection - CHRIS FARLOWE & THE THUNDERBIRDS 1966 rare MONO 1st UK pressing on the original Columbia black/blue labels, catalogue no. SX 6034. Record housed in the origiginal laminated flip-back 'patents pending' sleeve by Garrord & Lofthouse and the original 'EMITEX' poly-lined inner sleeve.

Vinyl Condition:- NEAR MINT. Great condition and sound quality too match, this record has only been played a handful of times and well looked after. This record has been fully test played before this auction

Sleeve Condition:- VG+ Front cover - Light feathered creases in the laminate down the spine and edges. Very mild dulling of laminate in the upper portion around the record rim. Crease in the bottom right hand corner. Back cover - a few small marks, light crease in the top left corner. Spine is crisp and fully readable

Label Condition:- EX+ Only one or two light spindle marks each side and light wear around the spindle hole

MINT: I only used this grade for new or unplayed records. I use the grade NEAR MINT
If a record has been played, even if the condition of the record and sleeve is perfect.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
