Concert Hall Society - CHS1185-88 - 4 Disc Box Set - Original Plum / Gold "Deep Grooved" Labels - Orignal US Issue - Mozart - The Complete String Quintets - THE PASCAL STRING QUARTET - Jacques DUMONT (Violin) - Leon PASCAL (Viola) - Maurice CRUT (Violin) - Robert SALLES (Cello) with Walter GERHARD (Viola) - Reference Performance - Not the best quality pressings (The quality of these early US Concert Hall LPs were generally poor), however the Performance is Superb! - RARE
Condition:
Records are in the following conditions:
- Disc 1 is in EX- Condition - A few light, non-sounding, hairline surface marks on the disc - some slight background surface noise towards the start of Band 1, Side 1 - a few light, consecutive ticks towards the end of Band 1, Side 1 - a few light, consecutive ticks towards the end of Band 1, Side 1 - 2 ticks midway through Band 3, Side 2 - some slight background surface noise during playback - common in these early Concert Hall Society LPs
- Disc 2 is in EX- Condition - Vinyl has a slight 'stippling' effect to it (typical of these early US Concert Hall pressings) - some slight background surface noise towards the start of Band 1, Side 1 - small pressing fault that causes a few light, consecutive "heartbeats" 1/3 into Band 3, Side 1 - a few light, consecutive ticks towards the start of Band 1, Side 2 - some slight background surface noise during playback - common in these early Concert Hall Society LPs
- Disc 3 is in EX- Condition - Vinyl has a slight 'stippling' effect to it (typical of these early US Concert Hall pressings) - one or two light, non-sounding, surface marks on the disc - some slight background surface noise towards the start of Band 1, Side 1 - a few light, consecutive ticks towards the end of Band 2, Side 1 - a few light, consecutive ticks towards the end of Band 2, Side 2 - some slight background surface noise during playback - common in these early Concert Hall Society LPs

Box is in EX Condition - The corners are split on the lid and there is some scuffing around the edges - otherwise clean - see scan
