Here we have a classic and rare Rock & Roll/R&B album from Chuck Berry entitled 'Juke Box Hits'.It was issued in 1962 on the highly collectable Pye International record label and the catalogue no. is NPL.28019.The record is in mono.
There are 12 tracks and these are :-
Side One I'm Talking About You Diploma For Two Thirteen Question Method Away From You Don't You Lie To Me The Way It Was Before
Side Two Little Star Route 66 Sweet Sixteen Run Around Stop And Listen Rip It Up
The record is in excellent condition and appears to have been played very little.Both sides play near perfectly with no jumps or skips and the overall sound is clear and sharp.
The outer cover has been assessed as being in VG condition as it is somewhat grubby on the reverse side.However,there are no major marks or blemishes,no rips or tears and no handwriting on the cover.
IN MINT CONDITION THIS ALBUM HAS BEEN VALUED BY RECORD COLLECTOR AT £40 - IN VIEW OF ITS EX/VG GRADING WE HAVE A LOWER STARTING POINT AND NO RESERVE - THIS IS PERHAPS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CHUCK BERRY FANS OR PYE INTERNATIONAL LABEL COLLECTORS TO FILL AN IMPORTANT HOLE IN THEIR COLLECTION.
