CILLA BLACK (Beatles) Loves’ Just A Broken Heart/Yesterday 45 & VERY RARE PS!
Offered here is an original January 7, 1966 US Capitol 5595 45rpm single of Cilla Black – Love’s Just A Broken Heart / Yesterday.
Included is the very rare US Capitol picture sleeve.
CONDITION
Picture Sleeve
This rare VG/VG+ picture sleeve has vivid saturated colors and clear sharp text.
No seam splits, no tape, no tears, no writing, no staple holes. The sleeve exhibits signs of its age and some handling wear, with some disc impression and ring wear. This very hard to find picture sleeve still displays very nicely. Included is an acid free picture sleeve insert and resealable Japanese polypropylene sleeve.
Record
Both sides fully play tested on a Fluance RT85 Reference Turntable with an Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge. Bright shiny clean VG++ vinyl with LA * machine stamps in the trail off of both sides. Glossy orange and yellow swirl Capitol labels without subsidiary rim print in NM/NM- condition. Also included is a new poly lined paper sleeve.
Capitol Records Company Sleeve
Period correct Capitol company sleeve with some minor handling wear and two small seam splits. No staple holes, tears or missing paper. Still displays very nicely.
The attached high quality images show each side of each picture sleeve and record for a complete visual condition assessment.
