My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
PLEASE READ: this early and brilliant CLASH classic was released in 1978. What makes this original first UK pressing in DEAD-MINT condition so special is: the version of ‘Clash City Rockers’ found here is the varispeed version created by producer Micky Foote, without the knowledge of the band, on the instructions of Bernie Rhodes, the band’s manager. The band, to say the least, were none to pleased and all later issues of ‘Clash City Rockers’ (the U.S. version of the first album and all other releases since) have the untouched (non-varispeed version) of the track. The result: it was Micky Foote’s last recordings, with the CLASH, as producer. The flip is another superb track which goes by the title ‘Jail Guitar Doors’. YOU WILL NOT FIND A CLEANER ONE, NO CHANCE !!!

Versand / Mailing: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
