MEGARARE original Disques Fleche, very first Stereo press released and made by Editorial Trompos in Chile in 1975, licensed from Disques Fleche France and distributed by Quatro Records, with dark pink labels, catalog number QS-50, with matrix numbers QS-50-A EB-C in Side 1 and QS-50-B EB-C in Side 2, with both versions in Spanish (Side 1) and French (Side 2). It’s interesting to notice that in the deadwax of both sides is written the date of pressing, “5-6-75” (June 5th of 1975), the earliest date of pressing we have found!!! Yes Sirs, ANOTHER GREAT FIND FROM CHILE!!!

This is the MEGARARE single "Le Telephone Pleure" pressed in Chile in great condition!!! If you know and collect Claude Francois you already know this Chilean issue is the rarest press worldwide and now you have the chance to own this rarity and what a superb condition!!! WOW!!!

This single comes in a generic cover of the period which it’s in good condition. Record is in EX- condition, it’s glossy and clean but with some hairlines and scuffs and some light scratches, which don’t affect sound. Labels are in VG+ or EX- condition both sides with some wear and discoloration, age browning and a name “R. Guevara” written in both sides. Sound is far the best part, it’s in great NM- or NM condition the Side 1, with no soft background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile), absolutely loud and clear, and in EX or EX+ condition the Side 2, loud and clean but with some soft crackles here and there, more constant in some silent parts, which don’t distract at all. Overall a MEGARARE record with still a great look and an amazing sound quality after 37 years!!! No distortions, no jumps, no clicks, a great sound from the beginning to the end!!! If you know or collect Claude Francois, you can’t miss the chance to get this record!!! This record is a MUST TO HAVE!!! The RAREST ISSUE WORLDWIDE!!! And, yes Sirs, WHAT A FIND!!! We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

SHIPPING (Packing and Postage)

We have an unique value worldwide: 

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending of thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP7 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.

FEEDBACK

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must receive feedback for. And we expect to receive a positive feedback from buyers who receive the records immediately after they have got the records.
