Birth Control LP - BIRTH CONTROL (Germany Metronome MLP 15 366)
Original 1970 German stereo LP. In demand krautrock/prog rock MONSTER. Guaranteed first pressing. Fragile iconic round cover in EXCELLENT condition, fully intact. Other than an issue in one track (see below), vinyl in MIGHTY FINE condition, sounds EXCELLENT. Includes original record company inner plastic bag.
Disc = VG+ (GLOSSY - downgraded severely, due to the first part of track 1 on seite 2; there are several tiny spot-like marks in the opening grooves that causes a tick of varying volume for the first approx 40 revolutions, during the organ intro; I made several attempts to clean it, all to no avail unfortunately; the only other issue is an approx 3 revolution click near the beginning of track 1 on seite 1; otherwise, the disc looks EX, w/ only some very lite hairlines & plays at least EX, w/ just barely a hint of lite background noise; w/o the problem on seite 2, I would have graded this at least EX, perhaps even EX to EX+, as the record appears to have been barely played)
Cover = see pix; lite ring wear on front & back; a couple of soft horizontal cracks on front; a couple of small, faint stains on front; a couple of small, lite cracks on back; 3 small stains/tape residue along edge on back where tape was removed; just the faintest hint of wear on inside; a VERY FINE looking cover; any questions?, please ask
Labels = see pix; tiny crack by centre hole on seite 2; w/ NO spindle marks by centre hole, at least that I can see
Buyers, please wait on sending payment until you have received my invoice. Ebay-generated invoices are often inaccurate. Invoice will be forwarded within 24-48 hours after listing closes.
