ITEM DESCRIPTION:  1954, 10" Mono Pressing, 767 Lexington Ave NYC address on album and cover, deep groove, 6 Selections: You're A Lucky Guy, Come Rain Or Come Shine, The Song Is You, It Might As Well Be Spring, Blue & Brown, I Can Dream Can't I. No Reserve.

VINYL CONDITION:  VG+  visually has many light scuffs and a few light hairlines, has some very light static during soft periods, has 3 or 4 quick light ticks on side 1, sounds great, no skips, great fidelity. (Please listen to sound clip from Come Rain Or Come Shine, below from the record being sold.) 

LABEL CONDITION:  VG+ labels have some spindle traces and light wear.

COVER CONDITION: VG+ cover has light edge, surface, and corner wear, has some age discoloration on back cover, has a 7" seam split at bottom right.
